- Named after a handicapped race horse in the 50’s, it was an early brand of willett.
- During the energy crisis of the 70s, Willett stopped producing, but they had enough set back to continue making this into the 80’s.
- In the 80’s the company was rebranded to Kentucky Bourbon Distillers and they began sourcing (Mostly from heaven hill)
- 2012 is when KBD began distilling again and transitioned this bottle to their own distillate in 2016
